I am a hands-on renovation contractor with an architectural technology background and extensive experience in the Ottawa construction industry. This allows me to offer a wide range of services—from small home repairs to larger renovations—for houses, townhouses, apartments, and occasional commercial properties. Most work is interior finishing, alongside some exterior projects during warmer months. I do the work myself or supervise trusted trades, so you never have to worry about your job being completely subbed out.

Most of my projects take from one to 15 business days. I take on small tasks on a case-by-case basis as filler between larger jobs. Most of the time I work by myself or as part of a 2-person team, so generally I avoid extremely large projects, though I occasionally take them on with the help of other trades.

Design Consultations: While I have an architectural technology background and former BCIN, I no longer practice as a technologist. I offer practical renovation advice, but I do not provide full design, drafting, or permit services, nor am I a design-build firm. For extensive plans or permits, please contact an architect, designer, or design-build firm instead.

Emergency Services: I do not offer emergency repairs or offer plumbing and electrical repairs services. While I can diagnose plumbing or electrical problems, please call a dedicated plumber or electrician for standalone, urgent issues.

Owner-Builders & Half-Finished Projects: As a rule of thumb, I do not take on jobs where homeowners act as their own general contractor coordinating multiple trades while I am on-site. I also avoid taking over projects that a homeowner or another contractor has already started due to liability and quality concerns.

Handyman Services: While I occasionally handle handyman tasks, I am not a traditional handyman. I primarily focus on larger renovation and technical repairs utilizing my architectural background.
